REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong, fast and uninterrupted internet and power connection. Create / Use a zoom account and email address registered in your name.

2. Attach current IBP-ID or two (2) primary government issued IDs bearing your photograph and signature.

3. Name of the participants, as described in the registration confirmation email, must be visible on the screen below his / her video throughout the duration of the lecture.

4. Must be in the Zoom “waiting room” at least fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the lecture.

5. A screenshot will be taken of the participants at the beginning and end of each lecture.  

6. Screenshots will also be taken at random intervals during the lectures.

7. Observe proper decorum, dress code, non use of virtual background nor still pictures while attending sessions. Observe proper net etiquette in attending the MCLE activity. Participants should focus on the lecture.

8. Do not turn off your camera. Be in "clear and full face view."

9. Each participant must use only one device for the sessions. We shall only allow one device per participant to enter the lecture series.

10. To validate your attendance and avoid deduction of credit units DEVOTE FULL ATTENTION and extend due respect to the lecturer. The following are not allowed when the session is on-going:
          • looping video display
          • use of virtual background or video filter
          • travelling
          • working
          • sleeping
          • using other gadgets
          • exercising and other activities that may disrupt your full attention from the lecture
          • off-camera activity

11.   Must answer the Online Evaluation Forms and submit the same at the end of the last lecture for the day. Failure to do so will result to the non-submission of their attendance records to the MCLE Office
         
12. Registrant's failure to attend the sessions or a portion thereof, for any reason, shall not be reimbursable or transferable to another activity/program.

13. UP-IAJ reserves the right to change the lecture or lecturers, or to re-schedule the activity/session.

14. A pre-enlistment email will be sent to the participants confirming their pre-enlistment and informing them of the payment details and seminar requirements. Participants need to submit proof of payment.

15. Persons who may have paid but did not receive a pre-enlistment email shall not be considered registered participants.
